Your key responsibilities
- Structure and negotiate real estate and banking finance transactions.
- Advise clients on syndicated lending, leveraged acquisition finance, and restructuring.
- Participate in cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.
- Support business development initiatives for the Banking & Finance practice.
Your profile
- Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' experience in Banking & Finance, ideally in Luxembourg.
- Strong interest in real estate finance and cross-border work.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
