Middle Office Analyst | Leading AIFM | 7 Month CDD

Our client is a well-established ManCo that has experienced significant growth over the past eleven years. It manages open-ended and closed-ended funds covering traditional asset classes, Private Equity, and Private Debt.

To cover a maternity leave, the company is looking for a Middle Office & Delegate Oversight Analyst for a 7-month fixed-term contract. You will join an experienced and collaborative team while gaining international exposure across Luxembourg, London, Paris, Zurich, Los Angeles, and New York.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with the initial and ongoing due diligence of third-party service providers;
  * Monitor delegated activities in accordance with CSSF requirements;
  * Oversee fund administrators, distributors, portfolio managers, and transfer agents;
  * Coordinate fund launches, closures, onboarding processes, and operational projects;
  * Work with the finance team to monitor fund and service-provider invoicing;
  * Support audit coordination, regulatory reporting, and management information preparation;
  * Investigate operational issues and contribute to process improvements.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  * Between 2 and 6 years of experience within the Luxembourg fund industry;
  * Good knowledge of investment funds and their principal service providers;
  * Strong accounting, organisational, and analytical skills;
  * Fluent in both French and English;
  * Good command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  * Autonomous, dynamic, rigorous, and comfortable handling complex operational matters.
