We are currently assisting a prestigious US law firm in the search for a Banking & Finance Associate to strengthen its Luxembourg office.

Your Responsibilities
As part of the Banking & Finance team, you will advise a broad international client base on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including:
- Acquisition finance.
- Leveraged finance.
- Corporate lending.
- Real estate finance.
- Fund financing.
- Refinancing and restructuring transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating financing documentation and security packages.
- Coordinating cross-border transactions alongside colleagues from other international offices.
You will work closely with the Partner from the outset, taking ownership of transactions while benefiting from continuous mentoring and technical support.
Beyond legal work, the firm actively encourages its lawyers to participate in conferences, networking events, client seminars and business development initiatives, providing excellent opportunities to strengthen their professional network and increase their visibility within the Luxembourg legal market.
Your Profile
- Qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I, II or IV).
- Between 2 and 4 years of professional experience gained within a recognised Luxembourg law firm.
- Solid experience in Banking & Finance transactions (non-regulatory).
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Client-oriented, proactive and eager to develop within an entrepreneurial international environment.
