As part of the development of its investment advisory activities, the bank is currently looking for an Advisor Analyst to support its advisory and investment teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and regular update of client investment proposals.
- Collect and maintain up-to-date product documentation, including KIDs, factsheets, and other investment materials.
- Coordinate with internal investment teams to gather relevant information and clarify product characteristics.
- Conduct initial research on financial markets, investment products, and competitors.
- Prepare investment presentations and materials supporting the bank's global investment strategy.
- Maintain internal databases, update spreadsheets, and prepare reports and summaries.
- Support the organization and preparation of investment committees, commissions, and other governance meetings.
- Contribute to process improvements by structuring information, supporting the automation of repetitive tasks, and suggesting efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure that all documentation and proposals comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good command of Excel and confidence working with data.
- Strong motivation to learn and continuously develop technical and professional skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. French is considered an asset.
