Your Role

As part of the Investment Funds team, you will advise a diverse international client base on a broad range of fund-related matters, including:

• Assisting with the structuring, formation and ongoing management of Luxembourg investment funds.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
• Advising clients on Luxembourg regulatory and corporate law matters relating to investment funds.
• Participating in transactions and coordinating with international stakeholders.
• Working closely with experienced partners and senior associates in a collaborative environment.

Your Profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a lawyer in Investment Funds.
• Registered on List I, II or IV of the Luxembourg Bar (or eligible).
• Fluent in French and English.
• German is considered a strong asset.
• Strong analytical skills and a client-focused mindset.
