Your responsibilities

As a trusted member of the finance department, you will combine technical accounting responsibilities with active involvement in business development initiatives:

• Perform the day-to-day bookkeeping and financial reporting for a portfolio of holding and real estate entities.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities while ensuring compliance with local accounting standards.
• Prepare VAT returns, corporate tax information, and liaise with external tax advisors and auditors.
• Supervise treasury operations, monitor liquidity, and reconcile banking transactions.
• Produce management reports and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Work directly alongside senior stakeholders on projects linked to acquisitions, investments, and business expansion.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience within a Family Office, fiduciary, investment company, or similar environment.
• Solid understanding of Lux GAAP; exposure to IFRS or consolidation would be considered an advantage.
• Fluent English is essential. Any additional language will be appreciated.
• Curious, business-oriented, and motivated by environments where continuous improvement is encouraged.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact with senior management.
