Our client, a leading international US law firm, is looking to recruit an Investment Funds Associate to join its growing Luxembourg office.
The firm has built a strong reputation for advising international asset managers, investment funds and financial institutions on sophisticated cross-border matters. Your Responsibilities :
You will advise international clients on a broad range of investment fund matters, including:
- Formation and structuring of alternative investment funds.
- Ongoing legal advice to regulated and unregulated investment vehicles.
- Fund restructurings and corporate transactions.
- Investor negotiations and constitutional documentation.
- Coordination of cross-border matters with international offices.
- Regulatory developments impacting investment funds.
Working in a lean team, you will quickly gain responsibility while receiving continuous guidance from an approachable Partner who remains actively involved in the day-to-day development of each lawyer.
The firm also encourages lawyers to participate in conferences, networking initiatives and industry events, providing valuable opportunities to build professional relationships and increase market visibility.
Your Profile :
- Qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I, II or IV).
- Between 1 and 4 years of experience within a Luxembourg law firm.
- Previous experience in Investment Funds.
- Strong drafting and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine willingness to learn.
