Responsibilities & Missions

• You manage a diverse portfolio of international clients, overseeing daily operations and complex structuring for unregulated investment funds and holding companies. This broad client exposure provides you with a deep understanding of various financial frameworks, rapidly enhancing your technical versatility and making you a highly sought-after professional in the market.
• You take charge of contract drafting for service agreements and oversee corporate law formalities from incorporation to board meetings. This high degree of autonomy allows you to take true ownership of your files, empowering you to build a strong professional reputation and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities.
• You coordinate seamlessly with internal accounting and tax teams while liaising with external stakeholders like banks, notaries, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance. • You support and mentor junior team members, guiding them through due diligence procedures, KYC, and daily tasks. Profile

• Around 3 years of valuable experience in the financial services sector, ideally within a trust, corporate services provider, or similar fiduciary environment.
• A solid academic background (Bachelor's degree or higher) in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance to confidently support your daily technical decisions.
• Fluency in both French and English to communicate effortlessly with an international clientele; additional languages are warmly welcomed and valued.
• A sound understanding of Luxembourg corporate law, tax law principles, accounting basics, and AML/KYC regulations.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong organizational skills, for someone eager to learn and grow within a modern and fast-paced environment.
