Senior Accountant | Family Office | Strategic Exposure

Our client is a highly prestigious Family Office based in Luxembourg, managing a diversified portfolio of holdings and investment structures.

This opportunity goes far beyond a traditional accounting position. While your initial responsibilities will focus on the accounting of several holding companies and the internal accounting of the Family Office, the long-term vision is much broader.

Unlike many organisations where finance professionals remain distant from key decision-makers, you will work in an environment where the principals are regularly present in Luxembourg and actively involved in the business. Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of holding companies.
  * Oversee the internal accounting of the Family Office.
  * Prepare financial statements and support year-end closing activities.
  * Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and external service providers.
  * Monitor cash positions and contribute to treasury-related matters.
  * Prepare reports and financial analyses for senior stakeholders.
  * Support the monitoring and administration of investment structures.
  * Participate in strategic and cross-functional projects.
  * Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting.

Your Profile

• Several years of accounting experience in Luxembourg.
  * Previous exposure to holdings, investment structures, Family Offices, fiduciaries, or corporate environments.
  * Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  * Ambition to develop beyond a purely accounting-focused position.
  * Genuine interest in investments, corporate finance, and business strategy.
  * Ability to work independently and interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
  * Fluent English is required.
