Your Impact and Responsibilities

• You will lead monthly financial reporting and performance analysis to track organizational health. By identifying variances between actual results and budgets, you provide the clarity needed to keep the business on track, ensuring you become a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
• You will manage and optimize cost structures by collaborating closely with various department heads. Sensitizing managers to financial discipline allows you to directly impact the company's profitability, showcasing your ability to drive financial accountability across the organization.
• You will participate in strategic projects and profitability studies for new business ventures. Comparing real-world performance against initial business plans gives you a hands-on role in the company's expansion, positioning you at the heart of its future growth.
• You will support the budgeting process and develop advanced reporting tools using Power BI and Excel. Streamlining these processes enhances data transparency and traceability, making you an essential architect of the company's financial strategy.
• You will act as a key communicator between the finance team, the CFO, and operational stakeholders. Translating complex figures into clear presentations for business reviews ensures that financial goals are understood by everyone, elevating your profile as a collaborative business partner.

Your profile:

• Experience & Education: You hold a Master's degree in Finance and bring over 5 years of experience in a similar business controlling role.
• Technical Mastery: You are an expert in financial analysis and possess advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP is a significant advantage in navigating our complex environment.
• Language Skills: You possess a fluent level in both French and English, enabling you to communicate effectively within our multicultural group.
• Analytical Mindset: You excel at understanding the links between figures, operational processes, and global strategy while maintaining high precision.
