We are currently assisting an internationally recognised law firm in the recruitment of a Junior Investment Funds Lawyer speaking Spanish.

- Private Equity and Real Estate players.
Role Description :
As a Junior Investment Funds Lawyer, you will progressively be involved in a wide range of matters related to:
- fund structuring;
- alternative investment vehicles;
- regulatory aspects;
- legal documentation related to funds;
- international and cross-border transactions.
Technical Exposure
- RAIF / SIF / SCSp structures;
- Fund Formation;
- Subscription agreements;
- Side letters;
- Regulatory matters;
- Private Equity & Real Estate Funds;
- International investment vehicle structuring.
You will work closely with experienced lawyers and benefit from strong technical mentoring to accelerate your development.
Candidate Profile :
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Investment Funds in Luxembourg;
- Experience gained within a law firm environment;
- Excellent command of English;
- Spanish is mandatory;
- French would be considered an asset;
- Strong willingness to evolve within an international environment while keeping close human interactions on a daily basis;
- Solid technical foundations and strong learning abilities.
