Senior Investment Funds Lawyer 5+ Years US Law Firm

Your Role :

As a Senior Associate within the Investment Funds practice, you will advise an international client base composed of asset managers, private equity houses, institutional investors, and fund sponsors.

Your work will include :

• Structuring and launching regulated and unregulated investment funds;
• Advising on Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Debt strategies;
• Drafting and negotiating fund documentation;
• Assisting clients with regulatory and governance matters;
• Coordinating complex cross-border transactions;
• Working closely with international offices and multidisciplinary teams;
• Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the practice.

You will be involved in high-value matters while enjoying significant client exposure and increasing responsibility.

Your Profile :

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of experience in Investment Funds;
• Experience gained within a recognised law firm in Luxembourg;
• Strong knowledge of alternative investment structures;
• Fluent in English and French;
• German would be considered a strong asset;
• Comfortable managing files independently and interacting directly with clients;
• Ambitious, commercial-minded, and eager to contribute to a growing practice.
