Fund Structuring Officer | Private Equity Investment Firm

Our client is a well-established investment company active in the Private Equity sector. With a compact and highly collaborative team of fewer than 10 professionals, the organization offers a flat structure where every individual plays a visible role in the success of the business.

Operating in an international environment, the company provides direct exposure to senior decision-makers and investment professionals, allowing employees to gain valuable insight into strategic decisions and business development initiatives.

Your responsibilities :

• Support the structuring and administration of investment vehicles and holding structures.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including auditors, legal advisors, tax consultants, and service providers.
• Participate in the setup and maintenance of fund structures across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with regulatory and corporate governance matters.
• Review financial and legal documentation related to fund operations.
• Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving internal processes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and reporting requirements.

Your profile :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience within a Big Four firm or a similar environment.
• Exposure to fund structuring, corporate services, fund administration, or private equity structures is considered a strong advantage.
• Fluent English is mandatory; any additional language will be considered an asset.
