YOUR IMPACT & ENTREPRENEURIAL DEVELOPMENT
- You will support the compliance framework for a diverse portfolio of alternative investment funds and fiduciary clients . This exposure to high-level mandates allows you to master complex regulatory environments, positioning you as a versatile expert in the Luxembourg fund industry.
- You will participate in the preparation of AML/KYC reports and documentation for international UK and US-based clients . By handling cross-border compliance matters, you sharpen your technical English skills and build a robust foundation in global regulatory standards.
- You will work directly with senior equity partners on day-to-day regulatory challenges . This close proximity to industry leaders facilitates rapid knowledge transfer and mentorship, significantly accelerating your professional maturity and decision-making skills.

YOUR PROFILE
- Professional Background: You bring approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in compliance, ideally within the Luxembourg investment fund sector or a fiduciary environment.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You possess a strong business mindset and are willing to think creatively beyond standard checklists.
- Technical Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of AML/KYC procedures and are eager to deepen your expertise in the alternative investment industry.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English, which is essential for managing the firm's international client base; proficiency in German is considered a strong asset for internal team integration.
