Typical Responsibilities :
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating fund documentation, including private equity, real estate, hedge, and alternative investment funds.
Advising on fund structuring, regulatory compliance, and governance matters across Luxembourg and cross-border jurisdictions.
Supporting due diligence processes, investment transactions, and fund launches.
Liaising with clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
Conducting research and providing legal guidance on emerging regulatory developments and industry trends.

Associates / Counsel (2-6 years' experience)
