At the heart of Luxembourg's financial centre, our client is a well-established banking institution, recognized for its solidity and expertise. As a long-standing international group, it has built a strong reputation based on trust and performance.
As part of a 6-month assignment, they are looking to recruit an HR Officer to strengthen their team. This opportunity will allow you to grow in a dynamic environment where well-being, diversity, and inclusion are key pillars of the HR strategy, within a modern, supportive, and multicultural workplace.
Your responsibilities:
- Recruitment & onboarding management: You oversee the entire recruitment process and support the integration of new employees.
- HR Administration & contract drafting: You are responsible for drafting employment contracts and managing personnel administration, ensuring compliance and securing the employer-employee relationship.
- Payroll coordination: You collect and verify variable payroll elements in line with the banking collective agreement.
- Daily HR point of contact: As a trusted partner to employees and managers, you provide guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Profile:
- Proven experience in Human Resources (3-5 years) within the framework of the banking collective agreement.
- Excellent command of French and English; Portuguese or Spanish would be a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and a client-service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and autonomy.
- Open-minded, proactive, and eager to contribute to a meaningful and enriching project.
