To start, you need to know that the Human Resources function comprises three main areas of expertise: staffing, compensation, and development (social and corporate social responsibility). It can be divided into these activities: staff management, human resources management, training and skills development, social relations.
HR professionals can be found in different types of structure: within an HR department in a company, in a recruiting firm, in a temp agency. You can also work as a freelance. Employers in this field are numerous, since some of them are outsourcing part or all their human resources activities. Each job in Human Resources plays a key role, and you will find on Moovijob, roles such as:

Job positions are available for profiles with at least a three-year degree, with a major in human resources or in legal (often employment law).
