About the Bank :

The compliance function is central to the organization's governance model and works closely with senior management and international teams.
Your Role :
As Compliance Officer, you will contribute to the bank's second line of defence and ensure strict adherence to Luxembourg and European regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring regulatory developments and updating internal policies accordingly
Advising business teams on compliance and regulatory matters
Performing compliance risk assessments and controls
Ensuring adherence to AML/CFT requirements
Managing and overseeing FATCA and CRS obligations
Providing support and expertise on MiFID II regulatory requirements
Contributing to regulatory reporting and interactions with authorities (including CSSF)
Supporting internal training initiatives and promoting a strong compliance culture
This position requires strong technical expertise combined with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset.
Your Profile :
2 to 6 years of experience in Compliance within a bank or financial institution in Luxembourg
Strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory framework
Solid hands-on experience with:
FATCA
CRS
MiFID II
AML/CFT regulations
University degree in Law, Finance, or related discipline
Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory
Strong command of English (French is a strong asset)
Rigorous, analytical, and autonomous
Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
