Your Impact and Role Responsibilities

  • You will take full ownership of reviewing and archiving corporate records for a diverse portfolio of entities, ensuring that all internal platforms and official registers are meticulously maintained. This rigorous approach to compliance and record-keeping provides a robust foundation for the firm's operations, allowing you to develop an eagle-eye for detail that is highly prized in the legal and financial sectors.
  • By coordinating the gathering of signatures and performing due diligence on legal documentation, you act as the vital link between internal teams and external stakeholders like notaries and lawyers.   • You will play a key role in organizing board and shareholders' meetings, from drafting convening notices to managing proxies and board packs. Your Profile

  • A first successful experience of 1 to 2 years within a corporate or legal environment, where you have developed a solid foundation in company law and administrative excellence.
  • Strong proficiency in English and French, enabling you to communicate effectively within a multicultural and international team.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, which allows you to manage data and entity portfolios with precision and ease.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset characterized by autonomy and the ability to follow through on complex tasks with limited supervision.
