YOUR IMPACT AS A SENIOR COMPLIANCE OFFICER

• You will take a lead role in developing and refining the compliance program and internal policies in alignment with the evolving Luxembourg and EU regulatory landscape. YOUR PROFILE

• A Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or a related field, which provides the solid theoretical foundation needed to tackle sophisticated regulatory challenges.
• Professional experience of 5 years or more within a compliance or audit function, ideally gained within a regulated financial institution (Bank, EMI, PI, or Fintech).
• Strong knowledge of the Luxembourgish regulatory environment (CSSF) and European frameworks, allowing you to navigate the local market with confidence and authority.
• A keen interest in, or previous experience with, blockchain technology, MiCAR, or DORA, showing your readiness to lead in the digital era.
• Fluency in English is essential for this international role; knowledge of French or other European languages is a valued asset for internal collaboration.
