Junior Investment Funds Lawyer (1-2 years' experience)

We are currently supporting a well-established Luxembourg law firm in its search for a Junior Investment Funds Lawyer to join its growing funds practice.

The firm advises a broad range of international asset managers, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions on the structuring, formation, and ongoing maintenance of investment funds across Luxembourg and European jurisdictions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer (1-2 years of experience) looking to develop a strong technical expertise within a high-quality funds practice and work closely with experienced practitioners in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities :

• Assisting in the structuring and formation of investment funds (UCITS, AIFs, private equity structures)
• Drafting and reviewing legal documentation related to fund formation and ongoing operations
• Supporting fund regulatory and compliance matters
• Liaising with clients, service providers, and regulators under supervision
• Participating in transactional and advisory work within the funds team

Profile :

• 1 to 2 years of experience in investment funds law
• CCDL qualification required
• Strong command of English (German is a very strong asset)
• Solid academic background in law
• Strong interest in investment funds and financial markets
• Detail-oriented, motivated, and eager to develop technical expertise in a fast-paced environment
