The Role :
As part of the continued growth of its Banking & Finance practice, the firm is looking to recruit a Banking & Finance Lawyer with approximately 5 years of experience.
The position is strongly transaction-driven. You will be primarily involved in:
Structured and syndicated financings
Acquisition finance transactions
Refinancing and restructuring operations
Real estate and project finance
Drafting and negotiating finance documentation
Coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions with international offices
While the role may include certain regulatory aspects (legal analysis, advisory work on banking regulations, prudential matters), the core focus of the position remains transactional execution and deal management.
You will work closely with financial institutions, investment funds, and international sponsors, benefiting from direct client exposure and high-value mandates.
Profile :
Qualified lawyer with approximately 5 years' experience in Banking & Finance
Strong transactional background gained within a reputable law firm
Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
German is a significant and highly valued asset
Ability to manage files autonomously while working collaboratively within a team
Strong technical skills, commercial mindset, and solution-oriented approach
