We are currently supporting a single-family office active in the European real estate market in its search for a Legal & Corporate Administrative Assistant to join its small and dynamic Luxembourg-based team.
The structure is part of a long-established Dutch family office investing primarily across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, with a strong focus on retail real estate assets, including shopping galleries and commercial properties.
This is a unique opportunity to join a lean organization where you will work closely with the General Counsel and play a key role in both corporate governance and administrative coordination.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a key support to the General Counsel and the wider Luxembourg team, with responsibilities including :
- Supporting board meetings and corporate governance processes
- Drafting minutes and assisting with board documentation
- Organizing and coordinating annual general meetings (AGMs)
- Providing corporate and compliance-related administrative support
- Assisting with day-to-day organizational and legal administrative tasks
- Acting as a central point of coordination within the Luxembourg office
Profile :
- Previous experience in an administrative, legal assistant, or corporate support role
- Good understanding or strong interest in corporate / compliance matters
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required)
