Your Role: A True 360° Consultant
This is not a segmented role. You will be involved in every step of the recruitment lifecycle, allowing you to develop a complete and strategic skill set:
- Sourcing and attracting high-level candidates
- Building and managing your own client portfolio
- Conducting interviews and providing career advice
- Supporting companies in defining their hiring needs
- Managing recruitment processes from A to Z
- Negotiating and closing placements
You will act as a trusted advisor, both for clients and candidates.
Your Profile
- 2-3 years of professional experience (ideally in a commercial/sales environment)
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to grow
- Resilient, driven, and team-oriented
