The Role :
As a member of the Funds team, you will be involved in a broad range of investment funds matters, with responsibilities evolving according to your level of experience, including:
Structuring, setting up and ongoing advice on investment funds (AIFs, RAIFs, SIFs, SICAVs, etc.)
Day-to-day legal advice to asset managers, sponsors and institutional investors
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation (prospectuses, constitutive documents, side letters, agreements)
Liaising with internal teams, regulators and external service providers
Working on cross-border matters in collaboration with other offices within the international network
Contributing to the development of the Funds practice and client relationships
Candidate Profile :
Qualified lawyer specialised in Investment Funds law
2 to 6 years of experience gained in a law firm (Luxembourg or another financial centre)
Fluency in English and French is required
German is a strong asset
Strong technical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Team-oriented mindset and interest in working in a demanding, international environment
