Introduction :
We are currently supporting several leading international law firms and financial institutions in Luxembourg in the recruitment of Banking & Finance Lawyers with 2 to 6 years of experience.
These opportunities sit within dynamic teams advising banks, funds, and corporates on a wide range of financing transactions, from standard lending to complex cross-border structures.
Responsibilities :
Depending on the structure, you will be involved in a variety of banking and finance matters, including:
- Advising on acquisition finance, real estate finance, and corporate lending transactions
- Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements
- Supporting structured finance and securitisation transactions
- Assisting with refinancing and restructuring operations
- Liaising with banks, borrowers, and international stakeholders
- Participating in cross-border transactions and deal execution
➡️ You will strengthen your technical expertise while working on diverse and complex financing transactions.
Profile :
- Qualified lawyer in an EU jurisdiction
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Banking & Finance
- Strong interest in financial transactions and deal structuring
- Solid drafting and analytical skills
- Fluent in English (French or German is an asset)
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work in a demanding environment
