YOUR IMPACT & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Front Office Partnership: You act as a key liaison to support the Front Office in their daily client interactions and transaction executions. This synergy ensures seamless service delivery, allowing you to develop a deep understanding of market operations while becoming a vital link in the bank's value chain.
• Advanced Due Diligence & KYC Management: You take ownership of the Customer Due Diligence (KYC) process for both new and existing clients. By ensuring all documentation is meticulous and up-to-date, you safeguard the bank's reputation and position yourself as a compliance-minded expert in a highly regulated industry.
• Operational Integrity & Risk Control: Before any execution, you perform rigorous verifications of all accounting details and pending items. This proactive approach minimizes operational risks and enhances your technical precision, making you a trusted specialist in Middle Office administration.
• Analytical Reporting & Performance: You are responsible for producing weekly and monthly reports, including MiFID documentation and account status updates. This exposure to senior management and diverse data points hones your analytical skills and provides you with a comprehensive overview of the bank's operational health.

YOUR PROFILE

• Around 2 years of experience in a similar Middle Office or Operations department within the financial sector.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential to communicate effectively within our international teams and with our client base.
• Solid knowledge of KYC/Due Diligence procedures and a good understanding of MiFID documentation.
• A team-oriented mindset with a natural ability to collaborate across different departments to solve complex problems.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, paired with a desire for long-term career evolution.
