Introduction :
Our client is a Luxembourg-based boutique law firm delivering top-tier legal advice on par with leading international law firms, while deliberately choosing a different model: human-sized, sustainable, and focused on quality over volume.
The firm advises prestigious international clients on complex and high-value corporate matters, yet operates in an environment where lawyers are trusted, supported, and not measured by extreme billable targets.

Advising high-profile international clients on corporate and transactional matters
Drafting and negotiating complex corporate documentation
Working on cross-border transactions and strategic projects
Acting as a trusted advisor in close collaboration with Partners
Taking ownership of files while remaining supported by a strong and accessible team
Your Profile :
Qualified lawyer with solid experience in corporate law
Mid to senior level, with the ability to work autonomously on files
Strong technical skills and intellectual curiosity
Comfortable in an international and client-facing environment
Pragmatic, reliable, and quality-driven
