Senior Real Estate Accountant - Your responsibilities:

Step into a position that blends technical expertise with leadership responsibility. As Senior Accountant, you will:

• Review accounting records and ensure quality control across the team.
• Help preparing financial statements, VAT and CIT returns, and reporting packages.
• Manage a portfolio of Luxembourg HoldCo's and cross-border entities (mainly german properties), acting as the main contact for local providers.
• Ensure compliance with LuxGAAP, while using your knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP as an asset.

This role offers both operational depth and strategic exposure, positioning you for growth into a Finance Manager role.

Furthermore, you could contribute to the transition to a new ERP system, making your IT curiosity a real advantage.

Senior Real Estate Accountant - Your profile:

You are more than an accountant-you are a future leader. To succeed in this role, you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation, ideally within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of LuxGAAP; IFRS and German GAAP are highly valued.
• Fluency in English and German (French is a plus).
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to coach and inspire colleagues.
• Curiosity for technology and interest in working on ERP implementation projects.
