Your role:
As a Fund Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of accounting for Private Equity and AIF structures and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Lead fund accounting operations for Private Equity and AIF structures
- Review and validate NAV calculations and financial statements
- Ensure accurate capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations
- Supervise portfolio valuations in collaboration with external partners
- Monitor cash flows and perform fund-level reconciliations
- Act as the main liaison for clients, auditors, and third parties
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg GAAP / IFRS where applicable
- Support onboarding of new funds and structures
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of fund accountants
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and timely completion of tasks
- Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance development
Your Profile:
- 7-10 years of experience in Fund Accounting, with a strong focus on Private Equity
- Proven experience managing AIF structures
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fluent in French and English
- Strong leadership with a pragmatic, hands-on style
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
