As an M&A Corporate Lawyer, your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing contracts and legal documents.
- Playing a key role in collaborative efforts.
- Providing tailored corporate advice for M&A transactions.
- Advising both local and international clients on matters such as structuring, restructuring, and general corporate issues.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate and M&A.
- Familiarity with Luxembourg laws, preferably holding the CCDL or an equivalent certification.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous.
- Ability to confidently interact with clients, team members, and external service providers
