Introduction :
We are partnering with a prestigious Luxembourg-based law firm, historically recognized as a leader in the investment funds sector. The firm is looking for a mid-level Investment Funds Lawyer to join its growing team. This role provides the chance to work on complex fund structures, collaborate with international clients, and develop a broad expertise in fund-related legal matters.
Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on the establishment, structuring, and operation of investment funds.
- Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation, including prospectuses, management agreements, and subscription agreements.
- Support cross-border transactions and liaise with fund service providers, regulators, and investors.
- Conduct legal research and prepare technical memoranda.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and team development initiatives.
Profile :
- 3-5 years of experience in investment funds, ideally in Luxembourg.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills in English and French; German is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with UCITS, AIFMD, and other Luxembourg fund regulations.
- Proactive, client-focused, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
