Established for over a decade, our client is a European real estate heavyweight which continues to expand across the continent. To kick off 2026 with a full team and confidently tackle new, ambitious projects, they are now looking to strengthen their accounting department with several recruits.
Whether you're a seasoned Senior Accountant ready to work autonomously or aiming for an Assistant or Manager role with a focus on team leadership and process optimisation, your profile will find its place. Whatever your current level, you'll be joining a dynamic, people-focused team of roughly 50 collaborators.

In-house Accountants | Your Responsibilities (depending on your seniority and technical skills) :
- Oversee accounting and tax review
- Handle complex accounting files and ensure accurate financial production
- Overall tax compliance for all their Luxembourgish & European entities
- Reporting and assisting with audits
- Develop and coach more junior team members
In-house Accountants | Your Profile:
- Between 3 to10 years of experience in a similar Luxembourg, preferably in a similar environment
- Fluent in English & French. All other languages are an asset (German, Italian, Luxembourgish, …)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, tax or equivalent
- Proactive, structured, and highly analytical mindset
