GL Accountant - Your Role:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations (cost allocations, postings, bank entries, intercompany movements) directly reporting to the head of accounting
- Manage customer invoicing, management fees and various re-invoicing flows
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual closings within deadlines
- Prepare monthly and annual VAT returns
- Support additional declarations and reporting requirements (Luxembourg + possible international administrations)
GL Accountant - Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting in Luxembourg (similar in-house environment would be a plus; service provider or fiduciary background could work as well)
- Hold at least a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- Fluent in French and English (Luxembourgish and/or German are a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and solid reconciliation skills
- Proactive mindset, hands-on and reliable
- Comfortable working with ERP accounting tools (SAP is a strong advantage)
GL Accountant - We Offer:
- Competitive salary package up to approximately €60K gross per year (depending on experience), including a pension scheme, meal vouchers (€10.80/day), a discretionary bonus, and additional days off beyond the 26 days required by law.
