Our client, a well-established international law firm with a strong global network, is seeking a junior Banking Lawyer to join their Luxembourg office. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with up to 2 years of experience who wishes to build a career in banking and finance law in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities :
Assist in advising local and international clients on banking and finance transactions.
Draft and review legal documentation, including loan agreements and financing arrangements.
Support senior lawyers in complex cross-border transactions.
Conduct legal research and contribute to client presentations and internal reports.
Work closely with colleagues across multiple offices, gaining exposure to international practices.
Profile :
Qualified lawyer (admitted or soon-to-be admitted) in Luxembourg or comparable jurisdiction.
0 to 2 years of experience, ideally with some exposure to banking or finance law.
Strong command of German and English (French is a plus).
Excellent academic track record and a proactive mindset.
Team player with attention to detail and high professional standards.
