Located in the heart of Luxembourg, our client is currently looking for an investment funds lawyer to join their multi-cultural team of about 40 people.
You will join a team of 4 people in the fund department, with more than 50 years of experience in the Luxembourgish market. They acquire a deep and recognizable knowledge in the fund field and you will have the chance to work on prestigious portfolio of clients.
You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional files with different complexities, all in a pleasant and healthy work environment.
Fund Lawyer - Your Responsibilities:
* You will work on establishing funds, investment vehicles and asset management entities for national and international clients.
* You draft legal documentation and agreements.
* You assist and advise clients on transactions, especially in relation to UCITS and AIF funds.
* You deal with legal issues and with cross-border fund distribution issues.
* You work in cooperation with other teams.
Fund Lawyer - Your Profile
- You are German native another language is an asset.
- You have a degree in law in Germany would be required.
- You have at least 3-5 years' experience in the field
