- Advise clients on the setup and management of Luxembourg investment funds, including UCITS and alternative structures. Gain technical versatility and strengthen market expertise.
- Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation with precision, ensuring alignment with client objectives while benefiting from partner oversight.
- Collaborate with German-speaking clients and colleagues across Europe, broadening linguistic and professional networks.

Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years' experience in investment funds or financial services law.
- Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
- Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator.
