- Draft and negotiate shareholders' agreements, SPAs, and governance documentation, refining drafting precision and commercial acumen.
- Participate in cross-border projects and liaise with international offices, developing a global professional network.
- Work closely with partners, receiving direct feedback and mentorship to accelerate professional maturity.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years' experience in corporate/M&A law in a reputable or Magic Circle firm.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills in English; French or German is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, resilient, and adaptable to complex, high-volume work.
