Our client is a well-established family-sized services provider, with a rapidly growing presence in Luxembourg. Over the past years, the firm has expanded its activities across fund administration, corporate services, and regulatory compliance, serving a diverse range of investment funds, financial institutions, and corporate clients.
The Luxembourg office is at the heart of its operations, benefiting from a modern office location in the city center and a dynamic, international environment.
Your Role:
As Conducting Officer, you will oversee the operations of alternative funds and support investment governance. Your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and participating in investment committees.
- Acting as the main contact for investment advisors and internal teams.
- Reviewing and analyzing potential investment opportunities and strategies.
- Monitoring execution of investments and divestments according to committee decisions.
- Reporting to the Board on fund performance and portfolio activities.
- Collaborating with risk management, valuation, and other departments to ensure smooth fund operations.
Your Profile:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in role in finance/fund industry
- CSSF Conducting Officer eligibility
- Solid understanding of alternative investment structures, debt and valuation methodologies.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and team-oriented skills.
