Register here.HRM is perfect, if HRD is given the priority. If HRD is implemented properly with a personal care, not by monetary benefits only, it may be knowing the colleagues with any troubles in home also and consolation with a suggestion to come out of the troubles.
We need not command them forcefully to give better to organisation, but the employee will give maximum out of him or the best out of him for the cause & benefits of the organisation to enable the beloved organisation to a new height .
