Your role
  • Day-to-day HR Administration including the maintenance of employee files
  • Preparation of employment contracts and follow up of signatures
  • Administration of stay authorizations
  • HR data processing in SAP
  • Salary administration
  • Point of contact for all HR related questions
  • Other duties as assigned
Your profile
  • Proven HR administration experience
  • Good general understanding of the HR function
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills, with attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourgish employment legislation
  • Good interpersonal skills; discrete, accurate and trustworthy
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office and ideally SAP HR
  • Very good command of French, English required, German would be an asset
