About the FSTM

The University of Luxembourg is welcoming applications for a EU Project officer - EuroHPC-RIA- National Competence Centres in the framework of EuroHPC (EUROCC) to assist the project coordinator, Prof. Pascal Bouvry from the Department of Computer Science (DCS) within the Faculty of Science, Technology and Medicine (FSTM) with the coordination, management and financial reporting of the project EuroCC. Your role
- Helping for the mapping of HPC-related skills at the university of Luxembourg
- Liaise with the national coordinator
- Helping with the setup the teaching framework on HPC skills
- Liaise with the European network of Competence Centres
- Support the Coordinator during the life cycle of the project
- Execute project activities in compliance with the project plan and by keeping the overview about all relevant aspects of the project
- Update and consult relevant stakeholders regularly, manage expectations of relevant stakeholders during execution
- Organize and/or participate in meetings with stakeholders, info days, and other networking events
- Follow-up and support the coordinator in all relevant project activities
- Prepare the financial report from UL, consolidate the project report including the partner contributions
- Upload and follow-up of documents and financial reports in the in the European Commission - Funding & Tenders opportunities - Single Electronic Data Interchange Area
- Organize and/or support project meetings - organize agenda, prepare and disseminate minutes
- Prepare and follow-up on project communication and dissemination activities
- Bridge between project partners and EuroHPC Joint Undertaking authorities

Your profile
- Master Degree - Management, Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics or other relevant degree
- Experience (4-6 years) in project management (e.g. FNR, H2020), project monitoring, fundraising, budget management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in European schemes
- Experience with evaluation of agreements and development of a network of privileged and strategic partnerships
- Experience collecting responses according to stakeholder's survey requests
- Experience in the use of common computer software and collaborative on-line platforms
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English plus French or German
