The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.
We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.
Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.

To continue to meet our commitments and to develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : an Administrative Assistant - Projects Management Department.
The aim of this recruitment is to support the organization of the department.

Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks
- Acting as organizational support to department management
- Carrying out administrative tasks inherent to the department
- Participating in drawing up and monitoring the department's documentary traceability
- Managing and centralizing information, organize logistics for the department
- Actively supporting the follow-up of departmental projects by organizing meetings and drafting minutes.
- Ordering and managing stocks of office supplies required for the smooth running of the department
Your other missions
- Standing in for the other assistants in managing the department's diary, and receiving and answering calls from their contacts.
- Participating in the integration of new employees
- Helping in sorting waste and saving energy by behaving responsibly

The required profile
Studies / training :
Higher education diploma (BAC+2) or equivalent experience
Experience :
4 years of experience in a similar role
Skills and knowledge required:
IT Tools:
Mandatory:
Microsoft Office suite
Languages :
Mandatory:
- French: fluent spoken and written
- English: operational level in the business
- German: operational level in the business
Nice-to-have:
- Luxembourgish: the knowledge of this language would be an asset
Specific knowledge linked to the job:
- Stress management
- Priority management
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Driving license B
