The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.
We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.
Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.

To continue to respect our commitments and develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : a Communications Coordinator.
The objective of this recruitment is to coordinate and to support the activities of the Marketing & Communication Department.
To do so, the Communications Coordinator will respect the company strategy and the corporate identity while contributing to the overall goal of building a strong lux-Airport brand.

Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks
- Coordinating diverse communication and marketing actions
- Working internally with different departments/services to create relevant content
- Guiding and collaborating with external agencies (Marcom-, Translations- , Web-Agencies)
- Supporting in the development of the company communication strategy & raising brand awareness
- Helping MarCom Manager in content creation (written, film, voiceover) for external stakeholders (press, passengers, shareholders)
- Assisting in the harmonization of the corporate identity and the corporate design
- Collaborating in PR actions, PR concepts, media and sponsoring requests
- Supporting in the creation of airport publications (e.g. annual report, newsletters)
- Taking part in press activities (e.g. press releases, organization conferences, press clippings...)
Your other missions
- Assisting in diverse crisis communication, perform last-minute requests as damage control to prevent bad publicity
- Preparing the key performance indicator (KPI's) reports to monitor the success of measures taken
- Working on the planning, the preparation and ensuring the execution of the communication/marketing activities (e.g. events, conferences)
- Coordinating activities related to the management of relations with the airport's neighborhood (e.g. communities, organizations)
- Supporting the MarCom Manager in the preparation of marketing planning and budget
- Helping other business activities and daily tasks
- Being the back-up of MarCom Manager during absence (holidays etc.)
- Participating in the integration of new employees

The required profile
Studies / training :
Bachelor in Business Administration with focus in communication/marketing
or
Degree in PR
Experience :
- At least 2-3 years in a similar position
- Experience in project management or customer management (CRM) is considered a plus
Skills and knowledge required:
IT Tools:
Mandatory:
- Microsoft Office suite
- Basic skills of graphic software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Competencies in other design and video software is considered an asset.
Nice-to-have:
- Knowledge in WordPress
- Knowledge in Google Analytics, Mailjet
Languages:
Mandatory:
- French: fluent spoken and written
- English: fluent spoken and written
- German: seen a plus
