Our job opportunity


Today, we are currently recruiting a Training Coordinator & Process Optimization Specialist.


Your responsibilities


*Your daily tasks


Monitoring and managing the training plan

  • Participating in drawing up the annual training plan 
  • Organising and monitoring training sessions according to identified needs
  • Updating training records and managing registrations and attendance
  • Maintaining an up-to-date training calendar and monitoring certification deadlines 
  • Working with HR and operational teams to identify training needs and propose appropriate solutions

 

Defining and monitoring KPIs

  • Defining, monitoring and analysing performance indicators for training programmes.
  • Drawing up regular performance reports (training plan completion rates, participation and satisfaction rates, etc.).
  • Proposing continuous improvement actions based on KPI analysis (optimisation of costs per training course, etc.).

 

Canvassing and managing relationships with training providers

  • Prospecting and selecting new providers to meet training needs 
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with training providers
  • Monitoring the quality of the training provided and collecting feedback from employees

 

Participating in regulatory declarations

  • Participating in the preparation and submission of regulatory declarations 
  • Ensuring that all training initiatives comply with legal requirements 

Optimising training processes

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in training management processes
  • Identifying career paths using a skills-based approach
  • Developing and implement tools and methods to optimise administrative management
  • Ensuring that processes comply with current regulations

 

Participation in the e-learning project

  • Contributing to the development, implementation and management of e-learning modules
  • Helping to integrate e-learning solutions into the employee training programme

  • Participating in the integration of new employees 
  • Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

Studies / training

Graduate diploma (Bachelor)

2 years of experience in a similar role
