Cluster for Logistics
The Cluster for Logistics Luxembourg (C4L) is looking for a Project Coordinator (20hours to 40hours per week) to join its dynamic team.
As a Project Coordinator you will coordinate the Lean & Green Luxembourg Program (more information here), you support the high school program “Diplôme de Technicien en Logistique” (DT Logistics) and contribute to various initiatives focused on innovation, knowledge sharing, promotion, lobbying and networking in the logistics sector.

Cluster for Logistics Luxembourg (C4L):
The Cluster’s mission is to serve, represent and promote the Luxembourg Logistics community and facilitate networking and exchange to drive innovation in the sector with members and partners. Since 2014, the Cluster for Logistics Luxembourg has hosted the international Lean & Green label on behalf of the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works to support companies in their CO2 emission reduction efforts. After 15 years, the Cluster for Logistics counts over 140 members today and has strong ties to relevant ministries and institutions to drive the logistics sector in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities:
- Lean & Green Luxembourg Program:
o Lead and coordinate the Lean & Green Luxembourg Program.
o Support companies in developing and implementing strategies to reduce CO2 emissions and improve energy efficiency in logistics.
o Organize and facilitate workshops and training sessions on Lean & Green.
o Ensure compliance of the Lean & Green Luxembourg program with Lean & Green International and all relevant environmental regulations and standards.
o Represent Luxembourg in the international Lean & Green Steering Group.
- Coordinate and assist with projects and events aimed at promoting logistics and fostering networking opportunities.
- Represent the C4L in conferences, workgroups, and lifelong learning programmes.
- Support the organization of the high school program DT Logistics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including logistics companies, government agencies, and environmental organizations.
Requirements:
- A degree (Bachelor, BTS) in business, logistics, supply chain management, environmental sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly in emission reporting and calculation, are a strong advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive and independent.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and lead interdisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in German; English; French; Luxembourgish is an advantage.
