Project Coordinator in Functional Safety and Cybersecurity Management (m/f)
Located in Bissen / Luxembourg
Your responsibilities would include:
- You will be responsible for ensuring the functional safety and cybersecurity of our automotive products in accordance with ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 standards by:
- Planning and coordinating functional safety and cybersecurity activities throughout the entire product development lifecycle
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the identification of technical solutions to develop error detection/handling mechanisms, and to ensure secure coding practices and secure system architecture
- Assessing risks and evaluating system concepts and safety analysis
- Identifying potential cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and risks associated with the product
- Acting as an interface to the customer functional safety and cybersecurity manager to get an agreed DIA and CIA
- Establishing a unified approach to integrate safety and cybersecurity considerations in all phases of product development
- Promoting safety and cybersecurity culture and helping to roll out ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 processes, including training, mentoring and tailoring
You would need to meet the following requirements:
- University degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Software, Automotive Engineering, or a similar technical discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety management / assessment, working with ISO 26262, or related safety standard.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a system, software, hardware, or functional safety engineer.
- Strong knowledge of requirement management.
- Working knowledge of quality system/tools, such as ASPICE, ISO/TS 16949, FMEA, FTA.
- Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity (in particular CSMS) and ISO 21434 standard.
- The followings are considered as an asset:
- Experience in cybersecurity engineering / management
- Functional Safety certification
- Knowledge of ISO 21448 SOTIF
- Hands on experience with DOORS, Model Based Engineering, UML or SysML
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, reporting and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; all other languages are considered an asset
