The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.
We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.
Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.

Responsibilities
What you will be doing :
· Analyzing and investigating Safety Occurrence Reports
· Developing, modifying and monitoring the risk register/ hazard log.
· Analysing safety related data.
· Creating dashboards, collecting, updating and monitoring safety statistics and performance indicators.
· Carrying out studies and measuring the effectiveness of safety actions and campaigns, safety flashes, etc. internally and with stakeholders.
· Relaying all information from safety meetings and analytical data to the safety manager and safety expert.
· Proactively, participating in the development and promotion of safety communication (safety campaigns, safety flashes, new developments).
· Participating in the integration of new employees.
Must-have requirements
What you will need :
Education / training :
· Postgraduate degree (Bac +3) or relevant experience in a similar position
Experience :
· Minimum 3 years successful experience in a similar role
· Real-time experience in the quality and or safety domain is preferred
Languages:
· English: fluent in speaking and writing
· French and/or German: operational level in the profession
Knowledge and skills required:
· Keen attention to detail
· Excellent organizational skills
· Documentation and reporting skills
· Analytical skills
· Good interpersonal skills
· Teamwork and collaboration
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and dashboards
