Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an Administrative Coordinator - Business Aviation Center (BAC).
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
- Editing, verifying, consolidating, updating and monitoring all billing files related to Business Aviation Center activities.
- Implementing and ensuring continuous service improvement in the day-to-day management of billing files
- Coordinating, planning and organizing the VIP Lounge activities, including the planning and monitoring of all services provided by internal and external service providers
- Liaising with the VIP Lounge customers in the event of special events or higher volumes
- Ensuring that the VIP Lounge infrastructure is maintained and kept in optimum operational condition
- Updating, developing, revising and ensuring standardization of various internal and external operational procedures and manuals in cooperation with stakeholders
- Ensuring administrative follow-up of various events
- Ensuring the day-to-day management of materials (supplies, etc.) and external resources (partners, temporary staff, etc.)
*Your other missions
- For special events: preparing, monitoring and communicating, in close collaboration with the BAC Manager, administrative authorities and Protocol, the organization of official flights
- In case of operational need, replacing/assisting BAC agents
- Participating in the integration of new employees
- Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
Higher education diploma or equivalent experience

Experience
5 years in an operational field and in a coordination role

Skills and knowledge required
*IT Tools
Mandatory:
Microsoft Office suite
*Languages
Mandatory:
- French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- English: operational level in the business (B2 minimum)
Nice-to-have:
Knowledge of any other language would be an asset.
