The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.
We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.
Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.
Thanks to everyone's commitment, we live up to our motto of being the best-in-class airport. Our reputation is also reflected in a few key figures: by the end of 2022, for example, we reached 4.05 million passengers and 975,000 tonnes of cargo.
To continue to meet our commitments and develop other projects, we are currently recruiting: a Data Visualisation Officer - (Airport) Operations Department.
The aim of this recruitment is to strengthen the existing team.

Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks
- Analysing and presenting data from airport management systems in innovative and interactive ways
- Participating in the construction of key indicators for airport management
- Training users in data analysis and the use of online dashboards and data visualisation tools
- Participating in the development and review of the Data architecture, in order to guarantee the centralisation and accessibility of data through the various communication channels
- Participating in the management of Data Sources (metadata, optimisation, construction, etc.)
- Ensuring regular dissemination of data via dashboards
- Supporting the deployment of innovative tools and methods for data collection, management and visualisation in order to ensure the availability and communication of data collected as part of Lux-Airport's activities
Your other missions
- Contributing to the creation and publication of quality reports
- Contributing to the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes on all our systems in an efficient manner
- Participating in the integration of new employees

The required profile
Studies / training :
Graduate degree (Engineer or Master) or equivalent experience in a similar role
Experience :
10 years' experience in a similar role
Skills and knowledge required:

- French: fluent spoken and written
- English: fluent spoken and written
Specific knowledge linked to the job:
- Use of the BI tool (Tableau)
- Knowledge of SQL and databases
- Knowledge of advanced statistics and continuous improvement methods
- Very good knowledge of data manipulation (ETL)
